  • The service agent was forcing me to get a car rush upgrade/detail and I told him I was not interested . The service agent told me that I can get it for you for 50% off and would be around $90 I said again I am not interested , the agent said in a very cocky manner " what 50% is not good enough?". The agent said "I can do a partial detail for $60" I told the service agent again "I am not interested and stop pushing me with this" while I was walking into the lobby the service agent told me in a threating tone "what did you tell me?" I replied "stop pushing me" the agent said in an angry tone "fu*k you!" I told this to the "manager" and he did not even apologize and told me that he would talk to the service agent. Really this is how you treat your customers come on cobblestone get your act together. I accidentally put it in two reviews Been waiting for Cobblestone for over a week to have the Operations Manager reach out to me. Still no resolve I will take my business elsewhere.
