  • Beware Southern Living (Dillard's brand) bath towels. Bought 2 and both unraveled at hemmed edge. 1st one was exchanged with no problem, but when I took in 2nd one, the manager kept me cooling my heels for 20 minutes before having her minion offer me $8.74. All I wanted was to exchange towel, but as it ended up, they no longer had that particular design. Even though the towels at this point are nearly a year old, it's not okay for a $25 towel to unravel. Nor is it okay to blow off a customer as the manager did. The clerk offered a gift cert but I said I wouldn't have much use for roughly $10 in a store I no longer intend to frequent.
