  • I booked this hotel months ago for my friend's wedding and today, 1 week before the wedding Justin the front desk manager sent an email that they were not going to honor the reservation for the night of the wedding because someone last minute wanted to buy out the entire hotel. I spoke to Charles the operations manager, who confirmed that they would not honor our reservation made months ago for the night of the wedding. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
