We had called to schedule an air conditioning service, the technician was running late initially. Then after our four-hour window they called and said that he went home with heat stroke. We completely understood as it's blistering hot this time of year. So we rescheduled for another day. Again, we waited around for 4 hours, then they called and said the technician went home again with heat stroke. Again we understand because it is so hot but at this point we think that they should plan for worst-case scenario and situations like this. They gave us an $80 credit so we attempted to use them one additional time. The third time they gave us a 4 hour window, they called us about halfway through the four-hour window and said they were running behind. We then got a phone call after our 4 hour window and said he was on his way. But it would take him 45 minutes to get there. Needless to say they never came out to service our air conditioner and we will never choose them in the future.
