  • Best Vietnamese food I've found in Charlotte. I have traveled to Saigon and had many fine meals there, and this restaurant seems very authentic, although I'm sure they get better meat here and the nuc mam has been tamed somewhat for American tastes. Pho is also great. Have enjoyed everything I've ever gotten from Saigon Palace.
