Terrible!!! Ashley customer service and their furniture is horrible! We bought a $3000 sofa set that we loved in the store. The sofa we received is NOT the same sofa. The seating is shorter width wise. We specifically checked that on the floor model because my husband and I both have long legs. The new sofa is taller and our legs dangle...they did not on the floor model. It is very uncomfortable and we feel very deceived. The next day we called customer service to complain and return the sofa...even if there was a restocking fee. Customer service was RUDE and did not care about the situation (they are VERY friendly while you are buying of course). They would not consider an exchange or return or anything!! They did say they would have a repairman come out...but what is he going to do? Its not damaged...its a different couch that what we ordered. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A "SO CALLED" MAJOR FURNITURE COMPANY. I will tell this to everyone I know unless they rectify this...STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEYS!!!!!!
Oh! And I didn't mention the horrible chemical smell coming from the sofas. My whole family has headaches and are nauseous! According to customer service this is "normal!" Well, It wasn't normal with the furniture from Arizona Leather! Ashleys just has cheap toxic junk and bad customer service because they know it!!
