  • I wish I could give five stars. The mobile technicians that came to my house were awesome and amazing. So friendly even though I had missed our initial appointment time, they left and came right back out and kindly repaired my windshield quickly and effortlessly-- despite the rainy weather!!! Now my issues lay with the girl answering the phone and making my appointment. The first time I called she informed me that by state law my insurance should be covering my windshield replacement. I hung up and called back to my insurance whom I had just got off the phone with. They informed me that it is not state law. So then I had to call back and actually schedule an appointment. I'm still not sure what the real story is!!! Frustrating. Then she gave me a price and on the day of my appointment the emailed price was at least $100+ what I was expecting. She told me there would be a couple small fees and taxes. She did not tell me there was a $60 installation fee, I had assumed that was all included in the price of the windshield that I was quoted. It was not!! Luckily when I called I got someone with some more intelligence and she was able to work out the problem with me. But I'm still frustrated they tried to hide this fee from me. Or so it seemed. When stuff like this happens you just feel like you're dealing with a shady company! I don't like that at all. Thankfully the mobile technician saved this companies face!
