  • Super convenient location for me since I live across the street. But just like other reviewers have noted, the staff seems overworked and is always disgruntled, the managers don't seem like they really care how things run, and a lot of times the produce and meats they have are clearly going bad. Most customers seem to mainly go for the subs, pizza etc. I got a slice of pizza recently, the person serving me was literally staring down at the slice packing it up and saw a fly that had been sitting IN my slice the whole time, shrugged, and then tried to give me the box anyways. This is a fairly busy location in the evenings, the parking lot is always packed, and yet it's managed so poorly! I wish HT would have more oversight and get it up to par with their other larger suburban locations.
