  • What an off-strip gem! Hubby and I stopped in here after a couple of days on the strip and it was just what the doctor ordered. Him: Corned beef hash with two eggs over medium and Hablo Diabla "works" potatoes. So freaking delish. Me: Breakfast burrito sub turkey sausage for bacon (because I'm watching my waist line... *crickets*). Heaven. Although everything we had was delicious, what really made a mark was the homemade salsa they served and the Hablo Diabla seasoning they use. So delicious and one of a kind. One of a kind is hard to find these days with so many restaurants out there in competition but these guys really do have something special. Service was prompt and cheery. As we drove away to head back to SD, we promised that the Egg-and-I will be a ritual breakfast spot when we're in town.
