  • We have purchased from AFW before and have always been happy. Recently I went back to purchase a dining table set and two large rugs. One of the sales consultants could not figure out my invoice so he motioned for another consultant to help him. Now mind you, this other consultant was on his way to lunch. He instantly came over, was very pleasant and proceeded to help. He figured out the problem with a couple of clicks on the computer and then realized I was overcharged for the delivery service. I did not know it. He told me about the overcharge and immediately changed it for me and credited my account. The gentleman's name was Gerardo Brandon. Thank you so much Gerardo for being so patient and also observant. I hope I did not take up all of your lunch hour:) Carol W.
