  • Bob is amazing. We have been Customers of Bob since 1993 and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The new Rolex store is impressive but more importantly is that Bob and his Staff are honest, smart and will find, make or repair anything. We have referred neighbors friends and coworkers and always know they will be treated fairly and honestly whether it's fixing something minor or an engagement ring. It's old school all the way Customer Service wise and right down to the window displays of silly bears and seashells that change through the seasons and carry on his family tradition.
