What a disaster from the get go when the person writing up the detail service tried to wheel and deal me into a "special" was and wash for $49 instead of the normal $80 charge. I finally firmly told the guy I just wanted one of the washes listed on the board ($31.95) because I didn't have that much time. My co-worker was charged $9 more for the same wash. When I told her to question it they made some dumb excuses and lowered the price to match mine. I walked across the parking lot to have lunch and when I came back an hour later, 2 people still were working on my car, one of whom was the manager. Not to brag but I am a sports car over $80,000 and when I asked the manager what was possibly taking so long, he said "Sorry it's the kid's first day who is doing your car." If I'm a manager of a place like this I'm not letting a new kid experiment on a $80,000 sports car. I rushed them to finish the wheel dressing which the kid had forgotten and hurried away back to a meeting. At the first stop light I realized half of the front windshield, both side view mirrors and that rear view mirror had not been cleaned. Needless to say I will not be going back to Shit-Showtime Car Wash ever again and I recommend you avoid it at all costs.
