When you go to a place to get botox, it should be assumed that you are doing so because you are either self conscious or want to improve your looks. After seeing Tracy, I just wanted to cry! She was very harsh when speaking to me about trying to improve my wrinkles. I am older, so I know I don't have 20 year old skin, but I have botox quite frequently and like the results. She told me my skin is too far gone and there was nothing she can do for me. Then she insisted I look in the mirror (even though I told her I did not want to) just so she could point out my wrinkles and how hopeless it is.
It is rude and embarrassing when you go to a place to help you and you are spoken to with out compassion or class.
