I purchased my Scion here 6 years ago and had the most amazing service from Mark. Since then I have brought my vehicle here for all its service requirements. There have been times when I first went in for service that I felt like they told me I needed to replace fluids that should not have needed to be done to a newer car with low mileage, but my last 2 visits have been great. I have worked with great service managers, Tim and Matt B, and I appreciate that they took the time to go over what the suggested repairs/maintenance needs were.
At my most recent visit I noticed that they did a major remodel on the waiting area. It is a huge improvement from the tiny area that they used to have, plus there is now comfortable seating, which is important since you are usually there for at least an hour. If you go in the morning they even have fresh coffee and doughnuts.
Many of the reviews I have read complain about waiting, I highly recommend you call and schedule your appointment instead of just showing up. From personal experience, I used to think it was best to just show up right when they opened at 7am, but having an appointment gets me out of there much faster.
