  • I've never been is a Bvlgari store before but because of the amazing customer service we'll be back! When we walked in we were greeted by 3 associates including the security guard! Yuki asked us if we were looking for anything particular and we weren't. She was very personable and we told her we were getting married in a week and she was so happy for us and brought us a bottle of champagne with glasses to celebrate. It was such a sweet gesture. Then I was looking at the sunglasses and jewelry and each associate brought me something to try on but not pushy at all. I really liked a pair of sunglasses I saw but they were purple which isn't my style. They went through their drawers and helped me find something that I really liked. My fiancĂ© and I enjoyed coming in and talking to the staff and getting to know a little more about the brand. If they weren't personable and so helpful we would have walked in and right back out. I recommend this location and the staff is all so amazing! Thank you for making our first experience in Bvlgari so memorable! :)
