  • I highly recommend Yolanda Hommel and her team at Wardley Property Management to manage your rental property. I had a very bad experience with my past property manager that I seek the help of my realtor in Washington D.C. who in turn referred me to a relocation service in D.C.They gave me two property managements in Las Vegas to interview. I asked how trustworthy these companies are and was told that they they get to their list by invitation only. Yolanda found me a tenant within 30 days as promised. She did a thorough background check and did everything from signing the lease to the tenant moving in. One of Yolanda's team , Kelsey is extremely professional in customer service and has superb work ethics. I call her every time that I have issues with my homeowners association. I leave it all to her to take care of all the issues and somehow is always able to resolve or fix things smoothly. My monthly statement and deposit of rent to my account is always on time . I am highly satisfied and happy with their services.
