This place is a circus business... first: we asked the door man for the manager. He said "how can I help you".... (name was Matt). After we explain our serious issue... it felt like we hit a dead end with the guy... Matt Has no customer sevice towards the guest that keep the the establishment open. It felt like he was keeping us away from talking to the manager. The guy is garbage. Anyways turns out the bar charge us a pre-charge of $35 to open a tab. Well that single transaction caused a decline on our other purchase at a different bar near by. We went back to "help half acre" and was told from the manager that's bad business between the bank and you. We felt insulted!!!!. My wife ask the manager why don't you have a sign that explains the simple process. Manager was speechless. Short story my friends don't visit that place. Also service sucks!!! It took us 12 min to order a drink at the "BAR"!!!!!!
