  • Cafe Myriade is a monster in the Montreal coffee scene. Everybody knows about it. I had several cappucinos and the milk was always poorly textured, the shots are not exciting enough. They serve Old School or Epic from 49th. Old school is used for cold brew. They are too popular for their own good. At least, go to Myriade II on Saint-Viateur, they have more time to really take care of your coffee. If you're a true coffee lover (snob?), I don't think Myriade is exciting enough for you. For everyone else, it's downtown and it's fine overall.
