  • I've never left a bad review. But I can not let this go.. I made a new appt this morn for my Romeo.. the young girl at front greeted me and started the sign in process. Then there's a young man clipping a beautiful white poodle who looked terrified and he was in my opinion being rough with the pup... and then a lady sweeping asked if he was for a nail clipping... the checkin girl says no he's a full groom (or something like that) and the lady sweeping seriously stops and rolls her eyes and exhales. And I wanted to snap right there... but I didn't. I still wanted to give them a chance. But then they tell the young man to come get Notes On his DOG. These were the most unwelcoming and sloppiest staff I've seen ... we are new to this area and actually got referred. Well.. y'all use them all you want to .. I Actually love my fur baby and won't ur this place!! my DOG has a name .. and he is my family. .. he was freaking out and I had to follow my instincts. I surely hope one of these staff wasnt the owner of this business. And whoever had a white poodle there on Feb 26 at 1pm. I would be very concerned!!!! I honestly wanted to call animal control. Such a disgrace for a business. I know groomers are laid back. The place is usually in chaos. I get it... but the total lack of kindness and attitude they had. I don't see how the hell this place is still open...
