  • I have went to this location back in December when my car was overheating. now they fix the problem and replace the radiator hose and the radiator cap. now that's seem to work for about 2 weeks. then I had to go back to this location again for the same problem for my car which was overheating. now given that I have already paid this location $600 to fix this issue and it was not fixed. now in January I have went back they told me they needed to do a radiator flush because there was sealant in my radiator I said okay fine but then from there had to pay another $700 because my car was overheating again. now February my car is overheating again then they told me I need a brand new radiator and I pay them another $700. That work for about a month and now my car is overheating. I went to go get a oil change. The mechanic who did my oil change stated that he spotted a engine coolant leak in the front engine. however back in December when I went to this location I was told that there was no leak in the cooling system or the radiator. they did said they provided a pressure test which was no leak. I have spent well over $2,000 with this location for one problem that has not been fixed. I called to set up another appointment tomorrow 4/4/17. I told him I want compensation for this and they told me that they will only provide anything under the warranty. I find it very unprofessional that I had to go to this location for one problem for the last 4 months and spent well over a good amount of money to have this fixed and they could not fix. I will see how my appointment goes for tomorrow. if it does not go well I will be putting another review and calling the corporate office speaking with the president
