  • My 2005 Mercedes SLK 350 needed its' windshield replaced, so I called upon Glass Doctor of Phoenix. I had used Glass Doctor before in other States, so I thought, why not use them again, they have never let me down yet. And so too, this experience was a Home Run. From my first phone call to Christy, my glass claim was handled with the highest level of professionalism, expediency, and courtesy. Jose was my windshield installer and agreed to meet me at my place of employment, the American Airlines Hangar located at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Jose kept me in the loop with updated phone calls and he showed up right on time. Now . . . it was blazing hot out in the parking lot, about 106 degrees, but Jose performed his installation flawlessly in spite of the extreme heat, no detail was missed or left undone. Jose's work ethic and standards serve as a real asset to the Glass Doctor franchise. Do not hesitate to call upon Glass Doctor of Phoenix for your home or automobile needs, you will be very well taken care of.
