  • Blue Fin is an exceptional place to go for sushi. I love how every time I visit, the fish is always so fresh. I am very picky about how my sushi tastes (freshness being the main factor), but they do not disappoint. I love their salmon, and my mother is fan of their yellowtail. She specifically asks for the belly of the yellowtail, and they kindly give her the best. Just be sure to ask! They won't decline. The owner is very friendly, and he and his brother are wonderful at preparing the food. If you are a regular there, they will throw in an roll for you on the house. The servers are very prompt at clearing your plates and refilling your drinks. Blue Fin is definitely one of my favorite places for consistently delicious sushi.
