  • Lowes in general I have found to be not necessarily the most helpful of home improvement stores and I'm not 100% sure who designed them because it's really hard for me to find things as they don't seem to be in the isle I would think...and maybe that is me...the other issue I find is getting someone who knows about what I'm asking about and where it located. First it's very hard to find someone...it's like they have maybe 10 people for the whole story and 3 of them are checking out while 2 - 3 are just standing around talking with themselves and you have trouble finding the other 4-5 people...it's like a Lowes commercial I watched as this lady came in and found the dryer she wanted and picked it up by herself and put it in the cart...I said to my wife at the time...she did that because no one is around to help her...the products are great as long as you know what you want and roughly where it might be that's great....just not the best experience for me.
