  • I am new to Las Vegas and AM in need of a new doctor so I called las vegas and made an appointment gave them all my information of my insurances plural insurances as i have a primary and secondary my husband works for the union of northern nevada so choices of doctors down here are very limited the first appointment got rescheduled by them and they made a new appointment I shoes up an hour early per their request. I handed them my paperwork I'd and insurance cards. The receptionist there was very rude and disrespectful to me would not listen I do not recommend this facility to anybody I'm dumb founded she kept saying I was not insured and my husband was not part of the insurance I tried to tell her its northern Nevada and she was looking at southern Nevada. I ended up walking out in tears so frustrated. When I made the appointment they were able to verify my insurance so why not now? If I could they wouldn't even get one star.
