  • Never again. Folks on the phone were nice. The technician was nice enough. But a window of 12-4 p.m. for an appointment is already sending a message that they think their time is more valuable than yours. The call that they'll be there in 30 minutes? Actually means an hour and a half. And are you kidding? Nearly $400 to run a snake down a simple single drain? No thank you, George Brazil! If he's deceased, he must be spinning in his grave! A trip to Home Depot and the purchase of a $20 drain snake solved the problem in two minutes. Any drain, anytime, $99.99, the advertisement reads. Read the fine print. "From an accessible exterior cleanout." Let me translate. Any drain, anytime, unless it's a typical drain problem you might encounter in a residential home. Extremely deceptive company. Just think, they've even posted a photo of the deceptive drain clog promotion on Yelp themselves! Not even considering that a misleading ad relying on fine print is inappropriate reveals a corporate culture in need of reform.
