  • Ben came out to my home on Sunday and did a great job. It was not an emergency repair, but they don't charge extra for weekend appointments so I agreed to the time. Ben ended up adding a support bar to my door to make it run a LOT smoother than it was before. He actually found out I had a faulty sensor that I didn't know about and the repair cost was very fair. I know that in the future if I have any garage door issues A Always Open will be the company I will call. Thank you guys!!
