  • Quite pleased with this dealership, their people and process. I own and have purchased multiple premium cars over the years. Bentley, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. This dealership and the people I dealt with; Arnold Lim in sales, Christian Harding in Finance (paid cash) and the Sales Manager Ed Franzen can all school others. They just did a great job. No pressure. No pushiness. Very congenial and polite approach. The dealership is clean and organized. Phone calls and emails were promptly returned. Their price spanked Schumacher now North Scottsdale Penske MB. Purchased our second SL and this time a SL550 and we could not be more pleased. Recently purchased a Bentley from a CA dealership and both the process and people at MB of Gilbert out classed the Bentley dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and will would not hesitate to purchase from again. If you have any problems what so ever, just contact Ed and I can assure you he will be all over it for you and correct or address any issues or concerns you have. He genuinely cares about the customer base at MB of Gilbert and went above and beyond for us.
