  • It cost me $80 when I changed my mind about using them to replace my water heater after realizing the amount being charged is way too much compared to ProSkill's quote to replace it. However, with this charge plus cost after tax with the latter, I believe I still save money. Therefore I won't be using MNS in the future and won't be recommending them to friends because of the higher quotes and their "you can't change your mind charge" customer service No-no. Advice to reader of this review, shop around and don't feel pressured to say YES right there and then. Yelp and the web might lead you to a much better alternative.
