I've been to this place several times buying items, I've sold stuff there once before. I went in this morning to sell some items, got there a few minutes before it opened so I packed up my 6 month old in his stroller, a large bag of clothes and a jacket I had on a hanger. When the man came to open the door he opened it, said good morning then shut it before I could gather my stuff and get in the door. As I approached the counter he asked if I was there to sell stuff and had me fill out paperwork including my drivers license number. No big deal. I told them I left my wallet in the car and asked if I could call with the number since I was in my way to a dr appointment. As that was happening a lady that works there walked up and rudely said,"you don't know your drivers license number, it's 10 numbers." I was taken aback and told her I had just gotten it. The man told me no I could not call them with it. He said they need it before they could even make me an offer in case I had any stolen items (never heard of that btw). I obviously was going to be back since they were looking at buying my clothes so I said I would bring it in when I returned. When I did return they tried to lowball me on a stack of (not cheap) maternity tops and a wool maternity jacket. I declined the offer and asked if they needed my drivers license number, the rude lady from before said," oh, that's only if we buy them from you." So why make such a big deal about it an hour ago?! I've worked in customer seeking for 20+ years and it is 90% of your business. I will not return to this store and will tell everyone about my bad experience. Hope it was worth it to y'all.
