  • Walk-ins are not welcome here. I've tried to come here for a fill-in after work (5pm) at least 5 times (all during the weekday) and have been turned away each time because they were either busy or needed to close early for other reasons. Once, I was told to schedule an appointment beforehand so I called in the morning, but no one answered the phone to allow me to schedule an appointment. I understand that nail shops can get busy, but walk-ins are necessary for me because of my schedule and I can never count on this shop to service me.
