  • Received a gift certificate from work, very large company that is big on purchasing rewards for their employees. Well when I went to use my gift certificate did not realize it had an exp. date, as most company do not have exp. dates on their gift certificate. They would not honor this gift certificate because it was a "promo sale". I would think a promo sale would be to bring in customers not turn them away. I asked so the company lost the money for this, their response, "pretty much". This is a terrible business tactic and I will make sure that my company does not purchase from this company again. There are plenty of other spa that would love the sales that a large company can bring to them. If there were negative stars this is what this company would get.
