  • Having had dire straights at three top bike shops here in uptown Phoenix, I finally rolled one of my cruisers in to Sun Cyclery. Here I met Josh for a quick seat upgrade for my old Schwinn. My Schwinn is a hodgepodge of old parts assembled by a very talented bike builder from a Mesa trailer-park. Most bike store employees quickly find something to do other than help me when I set the kickstand on my rolling masterpiece of junk. Immediately Josh complimented my old bike and thought it was really cool. My experience at the competitors have felt slighted and it was really cool to meet someone with enthusiasm and interested in helping people regardless of what they roll. Josh is very knowledgeable about cruisers and owns a Nirve Beach Cruiser like one of my other bikes. Yesterday I dropped my Nirve off and with Josh's help I've invested $200 into some upgrades. Will send pictures of the make-over soon. Thanks Josh you rock!
