  • I came on a Saturday evening and they told me they were out of tea... ???? Usually I would've given them a second chance because I know stuff happens and things get complicated, however after I declined paying a higher price for a different drink the girls working there laughed at me and told me to leave and not to order anything. As a very regular consumer to the branch in Erin mills I was deeply disappointed by the customer service.
