To the only other reviewer...unless you were there with me to witness what I was/was not given don't make comments on what you don't know...only what you DO know, which would be Your experience. I however, was Only given a flyer that explained the different levels of car washes not any statement agreeing to recurring charges. Just a charge slip that was for that wash, that day. I was Never told that this was a "membership". I came for a one time wash. Slander, I think not, commenting on my bad experience which everyone has the right to do!
I'ld also like to know how many companies out there that you cannot get in touch with the owner? That the Mgrs "don't have his/her number"? And you can't even get the owners name to speak to him/her?
I'm happy for you that your experience was pleasant. Perhaps they learned to better inform the customer of exactly what they are purchasing.
Btw: when I was there the second time requesting a refund of the charges another lady came in with a complaint and asked if I had problems with this company. So take it for what you will. Don't comment on things about my experience you know nothing about!
Lastly, since you don't have your photo posted how do we know that you don't work there? Since this IS your only review and you felt so compelled to discredit my review?!? Hmmmm
