I have had a non traditional experience but I just wanted to say some things about the customer service. To start I had my eyebrows waxed elsewhere and the woman did an awful job. I am missing half of both my eyebrows and they just look patchy and completely uneven.
I have been looking into microblading and that is what I had planned on doing to fix the mistakes made on my brows. (Usually costs between $300-800 depending on where you get it done. Beautif-eye priced me at $495 with $150 deposit at the time of making the appointment). From the moment I called The salon it was a breath of fresh air just hearing the friendliest receptionist. She was helpful and very understanding and epithetic when I was explaining to her what had happened in to my brows that day.
I then was able to communicate with the artist who would be doing my brows via her professional Instagram page and I sent photos and she was very understanding. Sadly as I was about to sign the consent form I realized I was unable to get microblading as I am a nursing mom. I appreciate their integrity in not compromising my infants health.
Alora, my artist said I could still come in and she would help me find some options in the mean time while I try to grow my brows out. I went in and she helped me fill in my brows and gave me the best products. To tell you the truth I am loving how my brows look more now then ever before with the pencil she gave me! It's a "powder" pencil and it just goes on so smooth. Best of all it's very affordable. Only $12 and I am not feeling nearly as self conscious.
