  • There billing department is very unprofessional and unorganized. You should have someone respectful on the phone. Getting loud and getting smart and rude is NOT ok to do to your customers. The lady's name is Stephanie and was EXTREMELY RUDE! Do not go here ever to this place POOR customer service!
