Great service as always, decent prices. Just be sure to have your paperwork handy in the event that they are unable to look it up in the computer (ie when you change states, or membership numbers). Also certain days are historically busier than others. Make an appointment or ask the service tech when is the best time/day to go.
My only other comment is... Damn answer the phone! Often there isn't anyone at the desk to answer the phones. Answering service perhaps? Or someone dedicated to the desk? Saving some time for customers (instead of coming down to find out there is a 2-hour wait) would seem to make sense.
