  • I have to give this a 100% customer satisfaction. My daughter who is a single Mother with a 7yr old non verbal autistic daughter, was taken advantage of by another KIA dealer . I informed " GIBI" of the unfortunate situation. He had " Big G" handle the paperwork and he was kind and efficient. This process is never easy with a special needs child. He sent me all the figures by email that we agreed on to save time. We walked in, no bait and switch, no up sale, just took care of of my daughter, was patient with my Granddaughter and did everything to correct the situation my daughter was in. Thank you GIBI and Big G..We will be referring everyone to you ! BRAVO! Thank you from the Harts!
