  • This place used to be nice & cosy with good customer service. Unfortunately, it is no longer the case. I used to come here for lunch & dinner often until I came here for the last time 2 months ago. They didn't even bother to order the reward card anymore. For a longest time they had to stamp on my receipts. Then they stopped automatically giving me stamps without me asking for them. One day we were short on time. I walked in & ordered ramen w/ the waitress, I then asked her to take order from my bf while I was using the restroom to save it. When I got back from the table, she hadn't yet taken the order from him. Then my ramen came w/ no seaweed. I told the waitress, she acted like I lied to her & brought me a tiny piece of seaweed. Anyhow, I found a better ramen place with good food, great customer service for a better price. So, I have stopped coming here & I don't plan to return.
