  • We lived here for 3 years and it started out wonderful. Then as time went on we began to see what others were complaining about. For starters, they nickel and dime you for everything they can. They charge a monthly pet fee for your pet to live on site, and then upon vacating they say your place has a pet odor and charge you. What? The grounds are in horrible shape and they don't seem to care to keep it up. Dog poop all over the property and even though we reported it to them, the issue never changed. Rats all over the property, as well as roaches in the summer. I know we are in the desert but have you heard of bug control? The "heated" pool is almost never heated. The one by the office is, because that is the one they show off when potential new tenants come view the property but the 2nd pool is like an afterthought. In the 3 years we lived there, the "heated" pool was only heated the first year. The amount of rent you pay is ridiculous for what you get and it only gets worse. I would recommend looking for a house or condo to rent as you will get more value for your money. Not to mention that you won't have to deal with noisy neighbors living above you and a property management company that could care less. Sad how far this once beautiful property has slipped down into what it is today. The manager of the property Desiree is as phony as they come. She acts like she cares, but her actions show otherwise.
