  • I am really disappointed with the service I received. I called at 8am on NYE to reserve a cab to pick my daughter and I up from the airport at 6:30pm. I called this early in the day to ensure a cab, that would provide a toddler car seat. I was told, we are unable to reserve this early- but I could call back at 5. "But I will be in the air, on a plane- I can't call at that time" to be told in response, well there are lots of cabs waiting at the airport and we will be able to dispatch one with a car seat- it's no problem. "Great, thank you!" When my flight landed, I immediately called just to make sure there would be cabs available, as I had lots of luggage and alternate transportation was very limited to none, for me to take. Only to be told, we don't pick up from the airport- we never have and we don't have car seats either. Putting me in a real jam on New Year's Eve with my 3 year old daughter, wanting to get home. I had to call my exhusband- having him drive from Northwest Glendale to get us. While I am thankful he was able to help- it was not ideal. I am really disappointed in the lack of service and lack of honesty.
