  • I purchased a Groupon and as usual waited until it was about to expire to try and use it. I called, set a date and time very easily, and gathered up my junk. Unfortunately we were having a freezing cold day and they were not working that day. For some reason I didn't get the notice they were not coming. After my time frame was up I called and got the bad news. The owner was very apologetic and offered to come any day of my choosing as well as Saturday or Sunday. They came on a Sunday as scheduled, were very courteous , efficient and fair with the price. I would use them again.
