When we went to FastMed we did make an appointment (or check in online) but that didn't seem to matter. The reason for the delay, we were told by the very nice lady at the front desk, was due to her computer being so slow. We loved the iPad check in and the use of technology by the facility but it clearly needs work or updating. I couldn't ( yes I said couldn't) pay when we left as I was told that the computer couldn't process it. " it would take hours". So just a few days ago I did get the bill via text which was nice. All and all we were happy but improvements could be made to the back office processes for a better customer experience.
