  • Inspirada is beautiful, KB homes however builds their homes so fast that they come out with poor craftsmanship. I am four months in my new home, still need some of my walls removed and rebuild since they were built wrong. My flooring is unleveled in my home, where I will show pictures. KB should have Integrity and fight for their customers when a subcontractor does poor work. Carpets N More did not install my flooring correctly. They agreed to fix some areas but not all to save on cost. I am a physician in this community and if I ever treated my patients the way KB builds homes, I would be out of business. There is a certain amount of Authenticity and Integrity people and companies should have, and it is unfortunate KB has failed to do what is right. Hopefully they re-evaluate and do what's right for their homeowner.
