  • Regrettably, I have to give this company a 4 star, Yah! I'm a fan rating, instead of a 5 star due to no returns calls when called to discuss future plans on an estimate that was given for other repair work while they were here fixing things. At first I kind of felt slighted by them but learned from another acquaintance that has used them and was also satisfied with their work, called to discuss further work done, but received no call back as promised. In fact, she called twice. She thought it might be the person who answers the phone and is not passing the messages on but I told her surely it can't be that because they have been in business a long time. The reason I'm posting this is to let others know if you have had the same experience with no return call, not to feel bad. I feel if the company doesn't want to do the work, say so, instead of promising to call back. Yes we can take a hint, but why be evasive. Just say no, that's all.
