Came here for ceviche, not a paleta. Next time! It was a very generous portion and you get to choose from two different fish. On the day I went, the choices were trout and a tilapia. I chose trout and it was quite refreshing. My only complaint is that the fish is not as soft/underdone as I like my ceviche to be. The lime juice does quite of work "cooking" the fish, so the flavours are excellent, but my personal preference would be for less time sitting in the marinade so there's still a softness to the fish. There also were rounds of octopus, plus plenty of cucumber and tomato, making for a very summery dish. The blue corn tostadas on the side were a great vehicle for scooping and eating.
The place is super cute on the inside and outside. If it's summer in Kensington you want a Seven Lives taco-like dish without waiting forever, a ceviche will suffice.
