  • I do not recommend AutoNation whatsoever. I made an appointment with them for a specific car. The ended up calling me 5 times(no exaggeration) just to confirm I would be coming in the next day. I told them yes obviously. I received a few emails about the car and asking if I had any questions, no I told them. 9pm at night, the sales manager emails me about the car and asking if I had questions too, nope I told them. I arrive early around 8:30(their sales open at 8) & no one is there. They're all in a meeting go figure till 9. The first thing the guy I made an appointment with tells me is they sold the car last night. Like wth?! You sold it at 9:02pm?! Very annoying. Overall, very unprofessional and a waste of time at this place. I ended up purchasing elsewhere that same exact day pretty much the same exact car but the R/T instead with a better price.
