I've only had this service for 8 months. Because I rarely watch live television. It took me 5 months to figure out some of my channels would not play. Because I mainly watched On Demand at which time I also discovered that the many shows I attempted to DVR did NOT record. One serviceman came out check my line and told me he would have to put in an order for them to check my line outside. Nearly a month later I it was not resolved. After probably 3 more phone calls to ensure they were escalating my service call another serviceman comes out and pretty much figures out that the cable was not marked correctly in the box and I've never had full service. TODAY 2 months after I call about my slow internet speed, which I called about before also. I subscribe for premium high speed which is supposed to be 10mg download speed. After doing the online speed test I discover I'm getting 2.65mp of speed. :-( I suspect this has been going on for some time. NOW one would think when they corrected my connections 2 months ago they internet connection would be included. I am waiting yet again for a technician to arrive and explain why my internet connection basically keeps dropping out. I'm NOT happy with my service.
