I shop here and did puppy training.
Shopping here is good. They have so much stuff for different types pets . They also have a good variety of dog food, toys, treats, etc. The staff is super friendly and if they are unsure about your question they will find a professional who is more knowledgeable. They are usually fully stock, unless they have a good sale going on.
Grooming: we try to get our chow chow groom when he was a puppy but they refused. O well, what can you do.
Puppy training: I wanted to have my chow chow puppy at the time become more socialize and meet our dogs his age. The class was in a small section of the store which was nice because we were away from other dogs and shoppers. The teacher taught us basic commands over the course. I really just wanted him to be socialized in a control setting. Every class was interesting. There were 3 of us in a class. One dog will bark at my dog and the another dog will bark at both of them the whole time. My dog just sat there and ignored it wanting treats. The teacher was good though, she taught us how to react and show what to do when their dogs started to bark or get nervous through positive reinforcement. If you can train your dog yourself, then I wouldn't recommend spending the money on a class. Since my dog already knew the commands, I didn't really teach him anything new. But if you need help then the class is a great starting class.
