  • I called to get an estimate for a TV mount, and the person that answered was very rude to me as a prospective customer. I was very put off. I'm not sure if it was the owner. I have NOT used him, but he was very short with me and did not seem interested in discussing my needs, just wanted to know if I wanted the work done or not. I think twice in the call he said, so do you want to book it or not? I was trying to probe and he just did not seem interested. It almost seemed my call was wasting his time. I went to google and the reviews of the company were mainly good. Angie's List and Yelp are mixed reviews. Tv mounting has negative rating but under Interior designs he has good ratings? I'm stumped by the two different company names. The work on the website looks nice and the work looks great. So I said well maybe he was busy and decided to call a different day. The second day, I got the same shortness. He was a little nicer this time. I really want QUALITY work and it seems he does it, but I'm hesitant to hire someone with such poor customer service. I'm stumped. The price he quoted me was good, but again, I'm stumped on if I should hire him or not?
